Enterprise Booking Terms & Conditions
Day Charter
Minimum 24 hours notice for all booking
50% Deposit within 7 days of booking, balance of payment 30 days prior to departure date.
Bookings less than 30 days full-rate payable on booking.
- Cancellation fees:
- Less than 24 Hours notice - a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
- Less than 12 hours notice - a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
Overnight Charter
Minimum 96 hours notice for all bookings
50% Deposit within 7 days of booking, balance 30 days prior to departure date.
Less than 30 days - full rate payable on booking.
- Cancellation fees:
- Less than 96 hours notice - a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
- Less than 48 hours notice - a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
- Disclaimers:
- No advance booking will be held without receipt of a deposit
A cancellation fee will not be charged if booking is transferred to another date of travel provided cancellation is not less than 48 hours prior for overnight charter and 24 hours prior for day charter - Payment can be made by Credit Card - Visa, Bankcard or Master card, cheque or direct deposit. All funds must be cleared before day of departure
- The management of Enterprise Charters reserves the right to cancel if weather conditions are unsuitable for charter
